These are the short forms from Schedule A of our agreement, quoted exactly. We never guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, sales or revenue. If a short form and the Schedule differ, the Schedule controls.
- Launch on time, or your setup fee back
Your launch date goes in writing once we have your content and approvals. If we miss it through our own delay, you can have your setup fee refunded in full.
- Speed you can check
Every page we build scores 90 or higher for mobile performance on Google PageSpeed Insights at launch. If one doesn't, we fix it free within 10 business days.
- Yours, in writing
Your domain, Google Business Profile and analytics are in your name from day one. The site's code becomes yours as you pay for it. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we hand over a full copy within 10 business days.
- Every web lead answered within 60 seconds
Every form and chat lead on your site gets an automatic reply within 60 seconds, day or night. We only promise it after we time a live test on your site.
- No long tie-in
After the minimum term, your plan runs month to month. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice.
- See it before you pay
If we built you a preview site before our first call and you don't want it, you owe nothing.
